POLYNESIAN BOWL AND CBS SPORTS NETWORK ANNOUNCE MULTI-YEAR TELEVISION PARTNERSHIP

Premier high school football all-star game will be televised live on CBS Sports Network (June 21, 2018) – The Polynesian Football Hall of Fame and CBS Sports announced today an exclusive, multiyear partnership that will televise the Polynesian Bowl live on CBS Sports Network.

The Polynesian Bowl is a premier football all-star game that features a selection of the nation's top 100 high school players. This year’s game will be held on Saturday, January 19, 2019 (game time T.B.A.) at Aloha Stadium on O`ahu, Hawai`i.

“We are honored to call CBS Sports Network the home of the Polynesian Bowl,” said 4x Super Bowl Champion, Polynesian Football Hall of Fame Chairman and Inductee Jesse Sapolu. “Millions more will now have the opportunity to watch the best high school football players compete in the most beautiful place in world.” Hawaii News Now (Raycom Media) will produce the Polynesian Bowl broadcast. Following the live CBS Sports Network Airing of the Polynesian Bowl, the game will be televised locally on KGMB-TV, a CBS affiliate.

About the Polynesian Football Hall of Fame: The Polynesian Football Hall of Fame honors Polynesia’s greatest players, coaches and contributors. Its permanent home is located at the Polynesian Cultural Center (O’ahu’s North Shore) and was established in 2013 by Super Bowl Champions Jesse Sapolu and Ma’a Tanuvasa.
